Do you have any ideas for my chrisitan bible study?

There is a group of 10 fouteen your olds that I am a part of and we take turns leading a bible study every wednesday at lunch. Sometimes we do activities sometimes we just read from the bible. I want to do a really fun bible study but I want them to pull something out of it too. I thought maybe i could pack a cold lunch for each girl and have everything in the lunch relate to the bible and have people try to guess where it came from or something. Any ideas are okay!

Next time, don't bring a bible. Bring a book you can actually learn something useful from.
Reply:The bible contains greater knowledge than humans can imagine and teaches, is a guide for any aspects of our life. health, sanitation, diet, psychology, love, romance etc. Why do you think the Jews are so success full and multiplied so abundantly, why SDA are the most healthy and longevity of all Christians?
Reply:Get a Roman Catholic Bible and find which books are not in the Protestant Bible. Then read those books and ask yourself why Protestants will not accept these books and the teaching authority of the Roman Catholic Church which was founded by Jesus Christ and His disciples 2000 years ago and is the true Church not some sect founded by some malcontent protester in later centuries. Reply:Yes, could do the fruit of the Spirit


I did this once - I bought a whole load of luscious fruit


and put a small sticky label on each piece, with one of the fruits of the Spirit on each label e.g. love, peace, joy etc;


and then spoke about each fruit of the Spirit. It helped get the message home!
Reply:It can be difficult to keep the attention on 14 yr olds. Try performing bible dramas like King David and his escape from King Saul or Bible naration with different kids reading characters like in John chapter 6 or having them draw their favorite biblical scene/story. There are many ways to teach and enjoy at the same time.
Reply:How about taking a walk in nature, appreciating this wonderful world we have, maybe even taking some initiative to clean a small part of it up.
Reply:Yeah - The seeking truth can be very entertaining. Compare Matthew's genealogy of Christ with that of Luke's genealogy of Christ . Which one is correct - or most correct? Think about it and encourage everybody to ask questions.....
