Bible study with another guy?

ok...is it okay to have a boyfriend overseas and accompany another guy to bible study with him wanting me to meet his pastor and pastor's wife? why can't it be a slip in get the word and slip out? why a meet and greet? nothing is wrong with it... i'm shy and in a relationship, but do not want to give mixed signals...i need advice???

Just make it clear to him what you want. You have to be honest, otherwise even if he doesn't have mixed signals, you'll be worried about it the whole time.





Does he know you're in a relationship? If so, I would hope it's not an issue for him.
Reply:This is a tough situation but if you are in doubt then don't be afraid to let him know your intentions. Drop hints about your boyfriend, or simply let him know that this is ONLY a bible study and shouldn't turn into anything else.

Stop being disohonest. If you really believe you have a future with the boy you are seeing now for bible study ..then believe it and EXCLUDE all others. If you do not..then STOP leading him on and let him go.

Make sure he knows that you are committed to your relationship and, to stop any possible thoughts you fear he may have, tell him that you are happy that he is respectful about your relationship.





If he still attempts something, he may not be the person to join a bible study.

If you are in a serious relationship, then it would be appropriate for you to be studying with another woman.


This is about healthy boundaries, bottom line.
