in what ways do you use the computer? Do you do research, do you belong to online Christian communities, do you Skype to have Bible study with long distance friends, etc.? Do you belong to an all women's Bible study group? If so, why women only and not heteorgenous? What does an all women's Bible study group provide for you? How would you like to use technology (computers) to learn more about God's Word?
For women 35-50, what motivates you to study the Bible? Do you use the computer to do so? If you do,?
Its hard for me to sit and read, so I listen to audio bibles.
I have them downloaded on my IPOD. I also have a bible commentary on my IPOD that I listen to in spare time.
I have LOGOS, a bible program that I can search verses and comes in handy on this website especially.
For secular, Max Lucado, I just love his stuff.. so well written, so easy to understand and just makes sense.
Reply:This sounds strangely like a sales pitch.
I use Quick Verse to research. I belong to a couple of on-line communities.
I go to women's Bible study because there are some challenges faced by women that are specific to women. I also participate in heterogeneous Bible study as well.
Reply:I read my Bible daily but not online unless I am looking something up in a hurry. I do belong to a couple of daily devotionals online and several yahoo groups based on prayer or my faith.
