Whats a good Bible study?

What are some good sources or ideas for a Bible study? The group has just started everyone is in their early twentys. The understanding and knowlege vary greatly between people. One of the members is a baby Christion and one of the others goes to ministery school. Every one else is some where in the middle.

Whats a good Bible study?
Pick a person in the bible and read every scripture about that person and see how God works in their lives. Look in the concordance and pick a person and study that way, God uses us for His glory so we learn from those of the bible lives...It worked for me. I started with Joseph, then David and reading about them helped me to grow in my christian walk. Romans, Hebrews, Corithians are awesome for baby christians.
Reply:I really like the Bible Studies that Dr. David Jeremiah does. He does a great study that both new Christians and deeply-rooted Christians will enjoy. And he has a wide variety of Studies available on his website. There are so many good ones to choose from. The study of Joseph (God Meant It for Good) is excellent and not only gives us insight to the life of Joseph (of the OT), but how to apply it to our lives as well. Then there's the Study of David (The Tender Warrior). And Facing the Giants in Your Life (everyone can relate to this one!)

I am including a link to the study guides that are on sale. A Bend in the Road is also a good study. But with any of these, I would highly suggest purchasing the CD's or DVD's along with the study guide because you can get so much more out of it if you listen to Dr. Jeremiah's sermons.

Reply:Here's a website that teaches the meaning of every verse of every Book of the Bible: http://www.soniclight.com/constable/note...

You always do well simply teaching what the Bible says, and that works for every level of believer, since all believers need it at every level :) So give this a try if you like, pray about which Book of the Bible to teach, and go through it with the people. :)
Reply:how about how when we come to Jesus we have a ministry. there are many ways to grow by feeding the hungry, visiting the sick in their affliction, taking care of the widowed and orphaned and many more. you grow by studying but even more so by working. remember it starts with faith and to increase faith you have to work and so forth and so on.
