Bible study question?

i am looking for a bible or any sort of study aid that will help explain the bible. i am also looking for a good study aid where i can have passages that refer to life's daily struggles. i have a basic knowledge of the bible and am looking to broaden that knowledge. i need it to be compact and easy to carry about.

Reply:I like my MacArthur Study Bible, but it's not all that small. You might just want to go with a concordance, or write to Dr J. Vernon McGee's ministry. They still have those 'through the Bible' mailings. Get on the Bus!
Reply:you are looking for a lot in such a small bible. But I have seen one and it is the new testiment ans psalms only with a few of the verses that you speak about. It is the Gideons one only a few inches long and wide.





But for real study try the strongs concordence and the theasuraus as well as the dictionary also the Bible versions of these. A large table or floor space and differnet versions of the Bbile and you will be on your way to a good study that you conduct yourself without any other persons influence just you and God and His spirit. What better way.
Reply:i studied with jehovah winesses for 2 yrs. it helped me to understand the bible alot. make sure they back up whatever they tell you with a scripture


(they usually do),read it youself and form your own interpretation and understanding. the bible study is free, they will come to your house
