There are a few of us that have an interest in studying the BIBLE on a Question and Answer format. If you are interested in doing so, please let us know so that we might formulate a plan to do so. I would like to include ANYONE who is interested in doing so. I would like to use the BIBLE as our guide and proceed with a question and answer format. When answering questions, I feel that a scriptural reference would be needed. How do you feel about such a thing? It really should not matter whether you are a Christian, an agnostic, an atheist, a Jew, a follower of the Islamic Religion, or any other Religion to me.
Would you be interested in forming a Bible Study Group on this forum?
Hi Eds, well you're starting to know me, and my answer is yes I would be, but I wonder if people who would come would be the trully interested ones or as always the bashers that answer only in mean ways! Any how count me in, I can answer questions and I may have some of my own too...
I pray those coming, no matter what area of life or belief they come from, will come with genuine questions about the Bible!

And to some of the answers above, some have good point, but I believe Eds didn't want to open a religious group, but a group about the Bible, Q and A about the Bible, not religions around it. Because religions sometimes have forsaken some parts of the Bible, or mis interpreted. It wouldn't be religious, just about the Word of God... What does God say about... this or that. Now you don't have to agree, but I believe there are people out there who realy wonder what is written, don't dare to read or have a hard time understanding it, those people could get genuine answers (and not personal opinions) to their genuine questions concerning the Bible.
Reply:I would hope that you mean well, after reading as much venom here, please forgive me if I am more than a little skittish about a bible study here, in a LGBT forum. What sort of message are you interested in promoting? Wouldn't it be a better idea to post a Bible study in the religion forum, and simply post links here?
Reply:Uh, no.
I know as much about that mythology as I need to know.
Reply:Oh, I have one.
"How come the horses in the Exodus die twice in the Ten Plagues and still survive for Pharoah to mount a final attack against the Israelites, and then die again."
Reply:In the LGBT section? How odd...
Reply:No it will get too heated in here!
Reply:You should study this link first; http://godisimaginary.com/
Reply:Perhaps you should ask this on the religeous/beliefs catagory and see the reaction you get. God's loves us all - piffle indeed.
Reply:go back to the r and s were you will have 1000 pages of yeses bible thumber!
Reply:Eds, I would but you should re-ask this question under R%26amp;S.
Blessings bro.
Reply:HELL NO!!
Reply:Well dude no offense i understand u want to have people join ur bible group but it would be hard to do that with people from another religion cuz then they'll feel more like ur converting them then being in a group.
Reply:you might get better results if you post this in the religious catagory.good luck
Reply:Why would a L G B T type person WANT to study the Christian Bible that abolishes them for not being straight?
That is beyond the question of religion in itself...
It is merely a question of common sense.
Anyone that practices a lifestyle that goes against thier chosen spirituality is living in hypocrisy...
People should be who they are regardless of what mythology dictates...
I am anti-religion as it is one the biggest sources of repression and murder in the world.
Reply:As long as it doesn't bash LGBT, go right ahead. I think it would be really rude to come onto a forum and bash its participants.
